The curious Haunted Barn Movie Museum in Monroe New York is my tribute to the way movies use to be made. It was started in 1970 by my Dad and I and the first prop i remember Dad bringing home was a huge model cargo ship, that was weighted. It may have been from a Toho film since it had a bit of writing on it. We just didn't know..Dad thought that i would have a great toy in which to sail. So we did. We took it to Central Park Lake one fine Saturday and tried to float it out..and it went well...then it began to sink like the Titanic. I was so sad..Dad was pissed!! My first{probably valuable} movie prop is still at the bottom of that damm lake!!! Come visit us at The Haunted Barn and catch some of the movies you missed!!!
